United Kingdom & N.Ireland

Delivery Options Include:

For orders with a total value of between £0.01 and £19.99 net of VAT - Delivery charge will be calculated according to the combined weight of the order and dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery (Allow 2 - 4 Days)

Free Delivery - For orders totalling £20 or over net of VAT weighing not more than 1KG in total - Delivery via Royal Mail standard 2nd Class post (Allow 3 - 5 Days)

Free Delivery - For orders totalling £20 or over net of VAT AND weighing over 1kg in weight - Delivery by Royal Mail Standard Parcel service (Allow 4 - 7 Days)

Optional 1st Class Royal Mail - Up to a weight of 2kg is calculated on the total weight of the order in staggered increments of cost (Allow 2 - 4 Days)

48 Hour Courier - Items will be dispatched within 24 hours of a paid order being received (Sunday to Thursday). Orders placed on a Friday or Saturday will be dispatched on the Monday (or next working day following a bank holiday). Delivery will be made via Next Day Delivery service by either DHL, UK MAIL, PARCEL FORCE or another direct courier service, depending on availablity. (Allow 1 - 2 Days)

All delivery times are estimated and no responsibility for delays will be accepted. Items sent by any means other than 1st or 2nd class standard Royal Mail, may require a signature on receipt of goods.

Please ensure there is someone available to sign for the items, or they may be returned to depot and arrangement for re-delivery will need to be made by the receiver.

Delivery Prices:

Delivery for countries outside of the UK will be weight based. The total payable will be calculated and displayed at checkout once the destination of the order is entered. The total combined weight for automatic checkout to anywhere other than the UK is 2kg. For orders exceeding this weight limit you will need to contact us at info@backpac.co.uk or by telephone on +44 (0)1629 829996.

*Important Note: We are not the postal service and as such have no control over any delays that may occur due to strike action. Should such an event occur, then all efforts will be made to ensure you receive your goods in as timely manner as possible. No responsibility will be accepted for goods received outside of the estimated times.

In such instances an alternative method of delivery may be used.
